1970. This case was being terminated even though Respondent had an eligible YOB. Normally, this shouldn't be
possible because Single Respondent with preloaded YOB that is ineligible should be terminated in the screener but this
case is one of the EGENX cases that had a spouse that was removed.
Fixes: Flow corrected for special Gen Xers:
1. Added a new code (2) to the preload variable Z290. The new code will be assigned to 2019 Egenx cases where the
spouse was dropped (about 80 HHs).
