In 2022, to prevent not getting a financial respondent report when one  
respondent in a couple does not respond to the survey, we added the following  
conditions to the fin/fam assignment.  
•
If the financial respondent completed an interview through section Q in  
the previous wave, we followed the same procedure as previous waves.
